
Summer cabbage with fresh peas and new potatoes

Scrub the new potatoes, cut in half, then boil in salted water.
Meanwhile, cut the pointed cabbage into 6 wedges lengthways, rinse, then drain well. Steam the wedges over salted water for 5 minutes.
Fry the spring onions in the butter in a frying pan over a high heat. When golden brown, add the peas, salt and pepper, reduce the heat, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Arrange the cabbage and potatoes on a warmed serving dish, pour over the contents of the pan, decorate with dill, and serve right away.
