If you visit Copenhagen in December, you will find the gløgg in all bars and cafes, and some are the standard readymade product, avoid that. Find the places that make their own, they are all made on red wine and spices, some add hard liquor like aquavit or cognac. Granola at Værnedamsvej, Frederiksberg makes an excellent gløgg. Go there and if you are brave enough you can sit outside and enjoy the December atmosphere.
