Description

Serve as main course with some nice cabbage salad, or as a starter for special event.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the gremolata in a small bowl, set aside for later.
  2. Warm up the oil in a frying-pan at medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the mushroom on both sides until golden, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the balsamic and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Now place the mushrooms at a serving dish. Sprinkle the gremolata over and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
