Courses
I do cooking courses for smaller groups. It is an intimate setting where you step into my professional kitchen. We will spend time together cooking and sharing stories about foodand tradition. We will cook great recipes, I will share tips and tricks to cooking, share my ideas about farm-to-table, and why the most important ingredient we have is love.
Themes and types of courses

Modern Italian
We make anti-pasta dishes with vegetables in season, understanding some amazing local ingredients like hazelnuts, artichokes, porcini, truffles, tomatoes, pasta with emphasis on the season, homemade pasta like ravioli, plin, tajarin, and tortellini. And, of course, a dolce to finish the lunch.

The Piemonte kitchen with a modern twist
We make the famous tartare fasano with beef from the Piemonte cows with a seasonal twist, homemade plin and tajarin, and hazelnut cake to die for.

Porcini and truffle
In the porcini and truffle season, a hands-on cooking class with a menu centred on either porcini or truffle, or both, where we will make homemade pasta, or risotto.

Baking savoury bread and sweet treats
We will bake a few classics. Focaccia, crisp bread, and the famous cinnamon and cardamom buns, so a great mixture of my 2 countries, Italy and Denmark.
The courses start in the morning with tea and coffee, we go through the day’s program, we then go to the garden to see what we can harvest, if the season allows it. Then we cook lunch, and the class terminates with a shared lunch. Time: 3-4 hours.

How it works
Groups can be 2-12 persons, prices per person from € 80 euros up to € 250 depending on the theme and length. There is a minimum price of € 500 euros.
