Balsamic braised Portobellos with gremolata

Description
Serve as main course with some nice cabbage salad, or as a starter for special event.
Ingredients
For the mushrooms

large portobello mushrooms
(brushed and trimmed)

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
balsamic vinegar
Sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
For the gremolata

tbsp
flat leaf parsley
(chopped)

tbsp
dill
(chopped)

garlic clove
(finely chopped)

grated finely zest from lemon
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the gremolata in a small bowl, set aside for later.

Warm up the oil in a frying-pan at medium-high heat.

Fry the mushroom on both sides until golden, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the balsamic and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Now place the mushrooms at a serving dish. Sprinkle the gremolata over and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
