Terrine with Smoked Mackerel


1 smoked mackerel
1 tomato
½ bunch of radishes
1 spring onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
freshly grinded pepper
4 slices of rye bread


REMOVE ALL THE BONES FROM THE MACKEREL and tare it into smaller pieces. Mash it with a fork.

HALF THE TOMATOES, TAKE OUT THE SEEDS AND CUT THEM INTO DICES. Finely chop radishes and spring onion.

MIX MACKEREL, TOMATO, RADISHED AND SPRING ONION with lemon juice and lots of pepper. Firmly press the mix into a small container and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

SERVE WITH toasted rye bread.
