Summer Salad


400g low fat smoked cream cheese «skummetmælksrygeost»
75g mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
2 large tomatoes
1 bunch of radishes
1 small bunch of chives
salt and freshly grinded pepper
4 slices of rye bread


MIX SMOKED CREAM CHEESE, MAYONNAISE AND SALT. Half the tomatoes, take out the seeds and cut them into dices.

CUT THE RADISHES INTO SMALLER PIECES and finely chop the chives.

MIX TOMATOES, RADISHES AND CHIVES into the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Place the salad on the slices of rye bread and sprinkle with chives.
