Curry Herrings with Apple and Red Onion Salad

12 Ruth’s curry herring
4 slices of rye bread
1 red onion

1 apple
1 tbsp red onion
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


CORE THE APPLE and cut it into small dices. Finely chop the onion. Mix apple, red onion, capers and apple cider vinegar.

PLACE 3 HERRINGS ON EACH PIECE OF RYE BREAD and top it off with the salad.

CUT THE RED ONION INTO THIN SLICES and place them on top.
