Trine talks rye bread at TEDxKraków

«And I tell you: If you do a really nice dough with wheat or spelt or emmer, some of all these wonderful grains that we have, and you start learning; you start to get to know it, there’s nothing better! It’s like a little baby; it feels so wonderful. It gives you its nourishment and this beautiful bread in the end.»
