This October Trine Hahnemann publishes her 6th English cookbook. Rooted in her love for Scandinavian life and food, ‘Scandinavian Comfort Food: Embracing the Art of Hygge’ is an ode to ‘hygge,’ a Danish word with no English equivalent that communicates coziness, relaxation with friends over good food and drinks.

Counting Scandinavian Comfort Food: Embracing the Art of Hygge Trine has authored a total of 21 cookboks, 15 in her native language Danish and 6 in English.
