Trine Hahnemanns Christmas at The Ambassador in Washington

The Danish Embassy in Washington D.C throws a Christmas reception for 700 people each year.

In 2008 our famous colleague, Thomas Herman from Michelin restaurant Herman toke care of things. This year Trina is in charge.

Her menu is traditional danish courses, served as canapés or tapas: Pickled duck breasts, roast pork with cracklings and cod on celery. Served with typical Trine twists: yellow beetroot, lemon thyme and raw green cabbage.

The guest will also enjoy pork cheeks, marinated salmon and cheese with Christmas chutney. And Rye bread of course.
