Scandinavian Baking With Trine Hahnemann

Come join Trine, the Danish Delia, for a class on Scandinavian baking. She will teach everything you need to know about rye, spelt and wheat flour, and how to fit baking into a busy life. You will get your own rye starter and we will bake a lot of healthy breads such as rye bread, crisp bread, spelt buns, rye foccacia and then her special cinnamon buns. Lunch and free flowing wine will be served with a range of traditional Scandinavian fayre and best of all you will get a chance to hear Trine share her stories from Denmark.
