My Favourite Rye Bread at Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival

Meet Trine when she this year at Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival is teaching a masterclass demonstrating how to make her classic rye bread and talking about the history, the tradition and why it’s so good for you.

Trine will also show examples of open sandwiches on rye «Smørrebrød» and talk about the tradition. She will have tastings and a rye bread surprise. Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival is a celebration of food and drink from the Suffolk Coast and Heaths the 27th & 28th September 2014 followed by two weeks of fringe events throughout east Suffolk.
