Guest at BBC’s Woman’s Hour and Channel 4’s Daily Brunch

The British radio programme Woman’s Hour and the tv magazine Dayli Brunch invited Trine Hahnemann two a talk about the festive Scandinavian treats.

The cutting edge forever running radio programme about women’s issues, Woman’s hour, had Trine Hahnemann on air at December 11. It was a chef’s Christmas special with Yotam Ottolenghi, Allegra McEvedy and Trine Hahnemann on how to cook the perfect Christmas lunch with tasty and interesting vegetables and advice how to do it without stress. Trine also promised the Brits that she would change their relationship to pudding forever.

Trine has listened to Woman’s Hour for years so it was a great honor and achievement for her to be invited on the programme. You can listen to it here.

Also Dayli Brunch, a tv magazine on Channel 4 that profiles food and stories about everyday life, invited Trine Hahnemann on the show to talk about the festive Scandinavian treats. Trine brought four different cakes and breads from her new cookbook Scandinavian Baking, and the viewers got a taste of honey hearts, brown cookies, lucia bread and marzipan and nougat chocolates.
