The 2nd of October 2009 Trina Hahnemann will be a guest chef at the James Beard Foundation in New York City. There Trina Hahnemann will serve a Danish 5 course menu, and her sister Chef Silla Bjerrum will assist her in the kitchen to create a tasty menu with flavors from the Danish tradition.
